Best things to do in New River Gorge National Park & Preserve
New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is a unit of the United States National Park Service designed to protect the New River Gorge in southern West Virginia in the Appalachian Mountains.
1. CANYON RIM VISITOR CENTER AND OVERLOOKS
To get to the lower overlook, you will walk down 178 steps (and later, back up), but it’s worth it if you want a better view of the New River Gorge Bridge.
